Xin Chào

Made in Vietnam, shown in Hanoi and then in Marseille (port from which Vietnamese refugees arrived in France after the battle of Dien Bien Phu), this series of geometric paintings reproduces patterns that we can see in the asian daily life. Inspired by uniforms and tarpaulins, these paintings are like alternative flags that represent people's activities.
